Email Subscription Services

Your name and email address will be used only for delivering to you the services to which you have subscribed, for sending information about these services, for sending you password reminders and for validating security. You are required to provide accurate information about yourself and your salon and accept sole and full responsibility for this and for keeping the information up to date. You should not enter information on behalf of another person or about any other person.
By providing your information to us, you are giving your permission for your Salons information to be made freely available via the extranet. Other Franchise Owners will be able to view your information in a confidential form. Other Franchise Owners will be able to view your information in a web browser but will not be able to change your information held and displayed by the website. We do not give permission for any users to pass in any way to other third parties.
The inclusion of any information in the service is subject to acceptance procedures. Entering your information does not result in automatic inclusion in the service. By entering your information, you are submitting information to the approval process.
If any of the information submitted is deemed to be offensive, inflammatory or materially misleading by Just Cuts™ (in its sole discretion), Just Cuts™ reserves the right to refuse to publish contributions.
Password Protected Services
You are responsible for the safeguarding of any information, such as passwords. Just Cuts™ will not be responsible for any consequences of such information failing to be adequately safeguarded. You should not enter information on behalf of another person or about any other person.
You are required to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure against unauthorized access to the service, in particular the use of user names and passwords by unauthorized individuals. Password reminders and other information from the service will be sent to the email address you have given.

Arbitration
If you have any dispute or claim regarding the Extranet and the associated materials its agents, suppliers, directors or officers, then you agree to submit to independent arbitration before taking court proceedings.
Governing Law
These conditions are to be construed and governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Feedback on the Extranet, Associated Materials
Just Cuts™ welcomes your suggestions for altering or enhancing the Extranet and associated materials. You agree that the intellectual property rights relating to any such suggestions become the sole intellectual property of Just Cuts™, regardless of whether they are acted upon. You agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation for such suggestions (other than that offered at the absolute discretion of Just Cuts™).
